How long is processing ?
- Orders takes 4-5 Business days to process.
- Any purchase made after 5pm EST will began processing on the next business day.
How long is shipping ?
- United States shipping time is 5-7 business days.
- International shipping time is 7-13 business days.
How does the package come?
Your package comes in a small brown box. We have very discreet shipping, so people won’t be in your business.
How do i track my package?
- Copy and paste your tracking number on Aftership below
- the carrier is either USPS or 4PX.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS!
Can I cancel my order ?
- Once order is made, you have up to 24 hours to cancel before we begin the process to ship.
Can we return or Exchange our product ?
- No we do not except any returns or any exchange.
- All orders are final sales and due to COVID-19 we are not receiving any returns.
What is Pre-order ?
- Pre-order is purchasing a product before it is available.
- If the item says pre-order only in the description it is pre-order. if it doesn't, it comes within the regular shipping time.
How long is pre-order?
- Pre-order item takes 2 weeks before ship out and then the regular shipping time.
