This is my third time ordering the niagra falls lube from Hi Kittyy. Number one, this lube is absolutely amazing. Never stop making it, please! This order I am doing the review on I have not yet received. My first two orders came quickly with no issues. Not sure if it was because I used after pay the first two times and I used my credit card this time, not sure. Number two, the customer service was amazing. I reached out and someone got back to me within 24 hours and sent me another shipment since my previous order was lost in transit, even though I have not received the second shipment yet either. Next time I will purchase the 3 bottle bundle that will last me a long time so I will not go through this again, I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this lube and have faith my package will arrive. The only reason for 4 stars is because I have not received my order yet.
